SERVICES TO BE RENDERED

We will allocate your company with a dedicated telephone line and our telephone operators will answer all your telephone calls professionally and courteously in your company's name. They can:

• Transfer the calls to your home, office or handphone number immediately as if you are in the office or at home even though you could be elsewhere
• If you do not wish to answer to the call or if you are unavailable, they can take the call back and inform the callers accordingly that you are not available. They shall ask for the callers' name and contact number for you to return their calls later

  A one time connection fee of S$100.00 to activate the dedicated telecoms line is chargeable. Minimum subscription - 1 year
  
  
  Above rate is applicable for:
  • us to contact 2 standby personnel only and/or 2 local telephone contact numbers only
  • additional name and/or telephone number shall be invoiced accordingly at S$30.00 each
  • basic call answering service. If the call to be answered is of a technical nature or requires more time than usual to answer, additional charges shall apply

It does not include any outgoing IDD charges.

REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS

S$500.00 for Singapore companies
S$1,000.00 for foreign based companies
